777ac Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777ac website at https://777ac.io, including all pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, live dealer tables, account management tools, and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the 777ac Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to your Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total turnover of Bonus Funds that must be completed before any portion of those funds becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Supported Payment Method" means a payment channel accepted by 777ac for deposits and withdrawals, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, SureCash, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process that 777ac may require players to complete at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on the 777ac Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 777ac Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, gameplay, sports betting, live dealer participation, bonus redemption, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold a registered Account, contact 777ac support to request account closure.

2.4 777ac reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 for details on how amendments are communicated.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on 777ac. Registration by any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. 777ac may request documentary proof of age at any point and will suspend account access pending satisfactory verification where age is in doubt.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 777ac Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitute a breach of these Terms. 777ac reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with accounts opened in contravention of this rule.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.4 KYC Verification. 777ac may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions. The 777ac Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. 777ac makes no representations that the Platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. 777ac will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777ac support immediately at [email protected]. 777ac may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.

4.4 777ac employs SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect the transmission of data between your device and our servers. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

4.5 You must not attempt to access the accounts of other players, circumvent authentication mechanisms, or exploit any security vulnerability in the Platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. 777ac currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, SureCash, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Supported methods may be updated from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 777ac Account Balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant mobile financial service. Processing times for other methods may vary.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 minutes of submission during 777ac operating hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.6 Transaction Fees. 777ac does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The mobile financial service or bank you use to transact may apply its own fees independently of 777ac. 777ac is not responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.

5.7 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. 777ac reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.

5.8 Declined Transactions. 777ac reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the request cannot be verified against account records.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 777ac offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned to events such as BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL.

6.2 Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), maximum bet per round while bonus funds are active, bonus expiry period, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus play.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, or to the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified per promotion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements, or using Bonus Funds in contravention of game restrictions — constitutes bonus abuse. 777ac reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel resulting winnings, and suspend or close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without further notice.

6.6 777ac reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have opted into an active promotion prior to any amendment will be notified where the amendment materially affects their ability to complete the offer.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 All casino games available on the 777ac Platform are provided by certified Game Providers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the Game Provider's server records shall be the definitive source of truth.

7.2 All sportsbook bets placed on 777ac are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Market rules are displayed within the relevant betting market. BPL, IPL, T20 international, and football markets are each governed by their respective sport-specific rules.

7.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as published by the recognised governing body for the sport or competition. In circumstances where official results are unavailable or disputed, 777ac reserves the right to delay settlement until an official result is confirmed.

7.4 Void Bets. 777ac reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed using odds that were erroneously published due to a technical fault; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed after the event has concluded; or (d) 777ac has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event or the bet itself has been compromised.

7.5 Maximum Payouts. Payouts on individual bets and game rounds are subject to maximum payout limits. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. 777ac reserves the right to limit payout amounts where technical errors have resulted in payouts materially exceeding those intended.

7.6 Game malfunctions, server disconnections, or communications failures during a game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant Game Provider's malfunction policy. 777ac is not liable for game interruptions caused by factors outside its direct control, including player-side connectivity issues.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ac Platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the Platform on behalf of another person
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform or its content
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777ac staff or other players
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee profits regardless of outcome (arbitrage exploitation)

8.2 777ac employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in any of the above activities will be subject to immediate account action without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 777ac Platform — including but not limited to the 777ac brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 777ac or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 All game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider. 777ac operates as a licensed distributor of that content and holds no ownership rights over third-party game assets.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 777ac collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://777ac.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and communications related to your Account and applicable promotions.

10.3 777ac will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling our obligations to you.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 777ac is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and is available exclusively to players aged 21 and above.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their Account dashboard, without the need to raise a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 777ac support. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 777ac will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe and return any remaining verified real-money Balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms and applicable KYC requirements.

12.2 777ac-Initiated Suspension. 777ac reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) a suspicious transaction or fraudulent activity is identified; (c) your account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory inquiry; or (d) responsible gaming concerns are identified.

12.3 777ac-Initiated Permanent Closure. Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8, or identity fraud — 777ac reserves the right to permanently close the Account and forfeit the Balance in full. The player will be notified of the decision and the grounds for closure.

12.4 In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering, 777ac reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and to withhold the balance pending investigation outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The 777ac Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ac makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content on it.

13.2 777ac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, game malfunctions, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside 777ac's direct control.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777ac's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.4 In no event shall 777ac's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 777ac reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — including changes to deposit or withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, or responsible gaming obligations — 777ac will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number associated with your Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, updates to contact details, or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you may close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.4 The date of the most recent amendment to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Contact and Governing Language

15.2 Governing Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.

15.3 Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, game outcome, transaction, or any other matter, please contact support in the first instance. 777ac aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time.

15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the 777ac Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777ac with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
